Theresa’s architectural career spans the United States from the Northworks’ studios in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Theresa earned her degree in Architecture from Catholic University, ran a residential architecture firm for fourteen years in the D.C. region and now serves as Director for the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. teams.
Theresa has focused her career on bespoke design residential additions and interior renovations for single family urban homes. In addition, she has collaborated on several restaurants and has extensive experience with building regulations and permitting on the East Coast. Theresa is deeply passionate about the positive effects the built environment can have on homeowners and tailoring designs for each clients’ lifestyle.
Outside the studio, Theresa enjoys walks and hikes with her dog and her fiancé. She also enjoys volunteering for a variety of causes and finds respite in camping.
