Project Associate
As a Project Associate in our Palm Beach studio, Peyton infuses Northworks with a design ethos grounded in context and place, enriched by his passion for global exploration.
Peyton embarked on his academic journey at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation and Community Planning. Seeking broader perspectives, he spent a transformative year in Indonesia, delving into sustainable development research while completing a Master of Sustainable Design degree (MSD) from the University of Florida. Returning to the United States, Peyton pursued advanced degrees at the University of Miami, earning both a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) and a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism (M.RED+U). His academic pursuits led him to immersive studies in housing and Italian rationalism in Rome, as well as contemporary architecture in Switzerland.
Peyton’s profound appreciation for design sensibility, materiality, and building performance informs his approach to architecture, viewing it as a multifaceted discipline that thrives on diverse perspectives and inquiries.
Outside the studio, Peyton finds solace in nature, having explored over 40 countries. He also enjoys engaging in home projects, sharing moments with his canine companions, and cherishing time with family and friends.
Crafting thoughtful design harmonized with the natural landscape, deeply rooted in the essence of its surroundings, is integral to all projects I am a part of.
