Carl, a project architect based in our Chicago studio, earned a Master of Architecture degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in Evanston, Illinois, Carl spent the first 8 years of his career focused on residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. He later oversaw the design and construction of a large commercial renovation project in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, where he gained an appreciation for the city and it’s architectural opportunities. Carl joined the Northworks Chicago studio bringing with him a diverse background to the team. This has enhanced all projects that Carl has contributed to.
Outside of his architectural pursuits, you can find Carl enjoying time with family and friends.
